Return window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Sealed products (hobby boxes, blaster boxes, packs, consoles) must be returned factory-sealed, unopened and in their original condition.
- Opened packs and boxes cannot be returned, because their contents cannot be verified.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered are always eligible.
How to start a return
Email support@teelio.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we pay for return shipping and send you a prepaid label. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we can replace it with the same item if it is in stock. Otherwise we issue a full refund.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned under this policy.
